These bottles contain the first wine ever produced off of our estate vineyard in the rocks! We co-fermented our Syrah with 3% Viognier (a common blending practice in Northern Rhone) for elegance and added aromatics, and we aged the wine in neutral oak for 18 months prior to bottling. The intent from start to finish was to let the vineyard’s personality and qualities come through in the glass. We are thrilled with the result and look forward to seeing how this estate Syrah evolves from year to year. We’re only releasing 30 cases of this “first edition”…it won’t last long. Blend: 97% Syrah, 3% Viogner.
